Classes, Classes, YEAH!!

O.K. I am so happy I get to finally show
you a picture and tell all the details. I will be
teaching two classes on January 17th at
The Scrappin Table in Placentia.
The store is such an awesome store it has all
kinds of fun new product in there and
Michelle the owner is supper nice.
Check out the info at www.thescrappintable.com

Here is a sneak peak of both the projects,
hope to see you
at one or both of the classes.
If you can't make it but want a

kit call the store and reserve your spot anyways
I will make you
the kit and you can pick up
there after the class.

The teaser on the top is a supper cute 2 page
spread titled "Love note" how apropriate right for the ever
so popular holiday in February that reminds us of our
Love for others. In true Teri stlye you will also be making a
matching card that hides on the page. You can use the card for
hidden journaling or give it to someone you love. I plan on giving
it to my hubby and then putting it back on
the 2 page spread to save with the pictures from that day.
This page can be used for anyone or thing you might write
a love note to, not just a spouse.

The picture on the bottom is of a supper cute,
way bright card organizer, you will be creating five
different pockets to hold, Birthday, Thank you,
Sympathy, Get Well and Misc. cards store bought or
hand made it's your choice.
There is even room to add pictures if you want.
To sign up for either one of these classes call or go to
The Scrappin Table in Placentia.
Need a gift? Order an extra kit at the time of registration
and I will have it for you the night of the class.
I will see you there!

For all you Fiskateers add me to your blog
or web-site as a link and tell me the name
of the store I will be teaching at and I will add
you to my RAK drawing. Leave me a comment
with your link so I can check it out. I will
be drawing a name on
January 18th and post on Fiskateers web-site
to let everyone know who won. I will be giving one
lucky person the sample from my card organizer class.
Have fun and help me spread the word.

Happy Birthday Jesus

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!!!

Well my favorite holiday is finally here. Happy birthday Jesus we are so greatful for you. Not just that you were born but the fact that you fullfilled the profecy and lived a sin free life died on the cross and rose on the third day just like you father said you would. What an amazing gift.

Lord I pray that all who read this know you and your sacrafice. Thank you for your gift of hope and the knowledge of knowing you. You have truely gotten us through a difficult year. With all that has gone (wrong) in our eyes your Holy plan is perfect. I know that there have been many days I have called out for you in pain and I thank you for meeting me where I am and carrying me through the hard time. You are my rock and my salvation. Lord I thank you for an amazing family and getting to spend time with them. My parents always go the extra mile not only to make things special and memorable for us but for our children as well. I know I will never be able to thank them enough.

God is good ALWAYS!

Thank you Lord, AMEN

Finally it is cold enough for the leaves to fall out here my son has been wanting to rake and play in them since summer. He had so much fun at my parents on Christmas eve.

Christmas traditions, we have so many apple carmel rolls, butterhorns, cookies, the play on the Sunday before Christmas and potluck after, one gift Christmas eve (Pajamas), 7 am wake up call, (it used to be we could not wake Mom and Dad up before then, now it is just a wake up at 7 am)

My daughters first Christmas how wonderful, 4 years ago I got my sweet boy the month before Christmas, this year I got my daughter in July how grateful I am to see there joy on Christmas morning. The smiles and laughter are so worth the hustle and bustle. Santa brought Caleb a fire fighter helmet and ball blasting hose and he brought Emma a beautiful plush doll. I received a really cool clock from one sister and last month I got to go to a New Kids On The Block concert with my other sister (yes really NKOTB, we had a blast), my hubby made me an amazing video of our children and all the pictures from the last year, I cried when I watched it. Thanks to all who shared in this holiday with me.

I will be posting projects and gifts I made over the next few days as well as revealing my class and class date so if you haven't signed up to receive my posts take a minute to do so please. On the left hand side of the screen there is a follow this blog spot click on it and follow the directions. Until next time I pray your Christmas was filled with joy and love, God Bless!

Time for creativity finally

This is always a busy season but this year we decided to make all our gifts instead of buying them for our family. So my last week or two has consisted of crafting, crafting and more crafting. My sister Holly came over and we worked on stuff Friday night until we couldn't keep our eyes open any more and most of Saturday with a little of my sweet babies thrown in to keep the creative juices flowing. I had not gotten to do anything creative since The Loft closed in July and it feels so good to get to play again.

I even designed
two classes for an LSS , here is a little teaser, I will give more details as soon as all the details are finalized. Prayerfully I will get to teach once or twice a month to help bring in a little extra cash.

This is the present I made for my niece, simple but cute and the girl has a
gazillion (is that a word) pencils she can put in it.

Ok my first scrap post and it's not even a scrapbook page. I have been working on Christmas gifts lately. Here are the first two. The blue frame is for my grandparents, we have them over for Christmas every year. Being with my family is one of the things that makes me most happy. I used a plane MDF type frame from Prima and covered it with paper. then just sstarted adding some pretties to it. We just took family pics which haven't been printed yet so when they are I will add that.
The Christmas frame is for a raffle at a dinner we are going to this Saturday. My husband and I were gifted tickets so I decided to help raise a little money for our church group. They do a raffle every year, I hope it will be a nice little bonus. I am also in the process of making some wood signs, home decor style for the raffle also I will post those when they are finished and I have a little time.

I don't know how to arrange pics yet so I guess this will have to do.

Have a great week in The Lord!

Family Days

Well my first post.

I want to start sharing my life. I will post when I can and learn as I go. I want to teach scrapbooking and learn new techniques without going broke in the process.

We had such a wonderful low key Thanksgiving. My Mom cooked, it was amazing as usual. I went to Poway Monday and we are going home Saturday the 29th. We were supposed to go home today but my son gave me the pouty lip and about 10 kisses when he asked if we could stay one more day, he is so cute when he does that. My Mom celebrated her 29th birthday, not sure how that works since I am almost 31 but you know. Caleb turned four the very next day and we had presents and cupcakes a little each day this week.
Today was shopping day and I didn't even spend that much I finished for Caleb but still haven't started Emma. What do you get an 8 month old who has it all????
I pray everyone had a marvelous Thanksgiving.
Enjoy the season, remember it all started in a manger.
Thank you Jesus!
